Welcome to Punjab CBCT and OPG Centre. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Terms
These terms govern your use of our CBCT, OPG, and digital radiology services.
By booking an appointment or availing of our services, you accept these terms in full.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Appointment & Service Usage
Prior Appointment Required: All patients must schedule an appointment before visiting the center.
Punctuality: Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time to avoid delays.
Rescheduling & Cancellations: Changes to appointments should be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid inconvenience.
3. Payments
Payment Before Service: All payments must be made in full before undergoing any scan.
Failed Transactions: If payment fails due to technical issues, we will verify and check necessary.
4. Patient Responsibilities
Medical History Disclosure: Patients must provide accurate health information before undergoing scans.
5. Privacy & Data Protection
Confidentiality: All patient information, reports, and imaging data are kept strictly confidential.
HIPAA & Data Protection Compliance: We follow industry standards to ensure the security of your medical data.
No Unauthorized Sharing: We do not share patient records with third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Abusive Behavior: Any form of verbal or physical abuse towards our staff will result in immediate service termination.
Unauthorized Use of Reports: Our imaging and diagnostic reports cannot be altered, misused, or used for unauthorized purposes.
Tampering with Equipment: Patients must not interfere with radiology equipment or disrupt operations.
